Kim Kardashian is off the market because her boo is ready to wife her up. People Magazine broke the news today with all the details of how it went down, but you won’t actually get the physical copy until Friday.

According to People.com, Kim walked into her Beverly Hills home and found her boo Kris kneeling on one knee with rose petals written on the floor saying “WILL YOU MARRY ME?” In his hand was a very expensive ring worth over $1 million. Who can say no to that? Now she’s ready to tell the world her love story.

“I didn’t expect this at all,” Kardashian, 30, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview (out Friday) of the romantic, surprise proposal. “I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now.”

Humphries popped the question with a custom-designed, 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond sparkler. “I just knew I wanted it to be big,” says Humphries, 26, who, with the help of Kardashian’s mom Kris Jenner, planned an intimate family celebration later that evening.

“Kris really didn’t want a big celebration, but he had jokingly told my mom he’d be fine if there were mini-horses there,” says Kardashian with a laugh. “Later that night at the party, my mom brought out two mini-horses, covered in glitter, for us! It was hysterical!”

I wonder how Reggie Bush feels about this engagement. Six months is not a long time to know that you want to get hitched to a person. Kim and Reggie dated for a few years and he wasn’t trying to hear anything about marriage. Guess Kris showed him right! Take that! Take that!

Now you already know Kim will try to do something really swanky for her wedding and possibly out-do her BFF Lala’s wedding. Smh…

Kim, Khloe, Kourtney Releasing a Novel?

Also on the Kardashian to-do list is writing a novel. Kim and her sisters have teamed up to pen a novel about a “glamorous, high profile and complicated family” and are currently asking fans to give them a title.

The novel is based on our lives but we’ve added a lot of crazy fictional twists and turns. You’ll have to decide for yourself which story lines are true to life, and which ones we dreamed up. LOL. The novel will hit bookstores on November 1.

We thought it would be super fun if we asked our fans to name the book! We couldn’t decide on a title, and we know how creative you guys are. So what do you think? What should we call our first novel?

There’s got to be at least a month where the Kardashians are not in the tabloids. At least one! Is that so hard to ask?
