Early this morning, Rihanna hit the streets of New York City to perform her #1 hit, “S&M” and more. Decked out in sailor inspired attire, which paid homage to both Fleet Week and her Rihanna Navy, Rihanna definitely made an impression on Today Show watchers, fans and tourists.
