2011 Horizon Award recipient Justin Bieber and his mentor Usher Raymond were dapper gentlemen backstage at the 33rd Annual Georgia Music Hall Of Fame Awards at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center this weekend in Atlanta, Georgia.
Usher was dapper in all black everything, including a blazer with gold embellished lapels. Contrasting lapels have been all the rage among the gentlemen. Everyone from Kanye to Big Sean have been seen rocking the blazers.
