Melanie Fiona is ready for takeoff. With tons of accolades and peer plaudits on her side, the Grammy winner is starting to set herself aside from the constellation of pop singers out there.

Fiona continues her forward motion this week with The MF Life, in stores today. Juuust in case you’ve been sleeping on the Canadian, Fuse is giving you a chance to get familiar. You can catch a live stream of her New York City concert on youtube.com/fuse this Wednesday, March 21st at 12:30 pm ET.

Fiona will be playing several cuts from The MF Life, as well as favorites from 2009′s The Bridge. The performance will also air on the Fuse cable network’s weekly program “Hoppus on Music” next Thursday, March 29th at midnight.
