Here it is, the first ever Rocawear TV commercial. Aptly dubbed Rocawear Presents: JAY-Z from “Marcy to Barclays”, the spot is a retrospective on the improbable life and journey of Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter — a Brooklyn kid with a mic and a dream.

That journey has taken Jay from the humble projects of Marcy to the world’s biggest arenas, and beyond. That journey ultimately gave birth to Rocawear. Hov’s Rocawear brand represents not just his prowess as a businessman (sorry: business, man), but his ability to continue to challenge himself to be more than just an artist.
