Songstress Mary J Blige dressed up her talents and performed the National Anthem at the 138th Kentucky Derby in an interesting red ensemble.

Clad in a red ruffled one-shoulder cocktail, with red suede pumps, hat, and red satin gloves, she looked like the first lady of Bedside Baptist.

Love it. The hat n gloves is what makes it the Kentucky Derby swagg. Def roc it. Derby or not. Classic n beautiful.

Perfectly fine Derby attire. For those that have never been, it is all about the hat and gloves for the “ladies”. I know, I know, we are not best known for our equestrian efforts. Code for = we don’t do many animals outside of cats and dogs! I will bet $50 on it tho! Lol
