50 Cent Kicks off Comeback with “My Life”

50 Cent had a rocky last two years, but he’s finally getting things back on track. Yesterday, the rapper released a new song called “My Life,” and it has already clocked in as a hit.
Thanks to guest appearances by Adam Levine and Eminem, 50 Cent has gotten the push he needs to reclaim a spot at the top of the charts. But he isn’t relying on name power alone. In fact, 50 Cent has launched a full scale promotional campaign for “My Life” and even released its accompanying video.
Additionally, 50 visited Levine’s hit show, The Voice, to perform “My Life”. The track quickly catapulted to the top 10 of iTunes and has remained in that region of the chart for over 12 hours! Watch his The Voice performance below:
50 Cent will release his new album, Street King Immortal, in February 2013. It will reportedly be his last offering via Interscope Records.
