If you’re a Christian, then Nicki Minaj’s “Freedom” video may not be for you. The rapper released clip last evening and it displays her impersonating none other than Jesus Christ.

From a crown of thorns at the foot of the cross to a golden throne room, Minaj went the extra mile to make people understand that, just like Jesus, her sacrifices will never be full appreciated in her time. Of course, the added scandal that this video will surely create will help generate buzz for her new Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up set, which is in stores now.
