Watch: Ne-Yo’s ‘R.E.D.’ Promotional Campaign
Ne-Yo’s R.E.D. album is off to a relatively slow start on the Billboard 200 chart, so he is working extra hard to improve his sales. For instance, the singer made appearances on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Dancing with the Stars and Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week in an effort to promote his new record.
R.E.D. entered the Billboard 200 at #4 this week with 66,000 copies sold. Although the set is Ne-Yo’s fifth consecutive Top 10 set, the sales are weak compared to his previous efforts, all of which sold over 100K upon entry on the chart.
So, to boost his chances of at least going gold, Ne-Yo hit the media trail with live performances of his current top 10 hit single, “Let Me Love You (Until You Learn to Love Yourself)”. Watch him deliver renditions of the song on Ellen, Dancing with the Stars and Jimmy Kimmel below:
