Beyonce, John Legend, Others Demand End to Gun Violence
The “We the People” petition isn’t the only initiation seeking to get the attention of President Barack Obama. A group of celebrities, including Beyonce, Jamie Foxx and John Legend, have filmed a PSA in which they demanded a plan to end gun violence.
Even in the thick of the holiday season, the shootings at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown that claimed the lives of 20 children remain at the forefront of news headlines. Yet, how can we prevent this situation from reoccurring in the future? Finding a plan is the first step and Hollywood has mobilised to make that happen.
