DMX Sings “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer”
When Johnny Marks wrote “Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer” in 1949 he couldn’t have guessed that an MC named DMX would add his gruff-voiced rendition to the mix 63 years later. But here we are: DMX decided to take on the famous christmas tune and, thankfully, the folks at Power 105.1 couldn’t pass up an opportunity to capture it on camera.
X’s take on “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” is every bit as amusing and awesome as you might expect. Frankly, if shopping outlets played this instead of the mindlessly numb christmas songs on their playlist, I might be less inclined to give myself a lobotomy each time I go to Big Lots.
