Brandy served up a fashion statement on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve”.

The newly engaged star shone bright in a white leather dress and over-the-knee Tom Ford anaconda boots. Made from genuine anaconda, the boots are laced with leather lining and a 4 1/4″ stiletto heel with a golden tip. They retail for about $2900.
