Kanye West Heads Back To Court

After allegedly smashing a photogs camera, West and his business manager, Don Crowley, were arrested last September at an LAX terminal. The two were attempting to board a flight to Honolulu.

Kanye's arraignment on vandalism, battery and grand theft charges, originally scheduled for tomorrow, has now been postponed until May 20.

In requesting the postponement, West's attorney, Blair Berk, told a judge on Monday that she is still waiting for the prosecution to turn over all its evidence and that today was the first time she had been privy to the police's incident report.

At press time, no comment from Kanye West.
