Imagine being able to partake in ski lodge activities in the heart of New York City. The St. Cloud rooftop bar and lounge at the famed Knickerbocker Hotel is home to an amazing lounge space. The landmark hotel recently announced Aprés at The Knick, an indoor club room that resembles an Alpine Lodge. The room provides a cozy vibe with the decor, lighting, and fireplace with the city skyline in the backdrop.
The faux fur rugs, throws, and pillows are the most perfect details in the room. Guests walk through a custom White Birch arch that opens up to an indoor winter wonderland. There are four Raclette tables so that guests can partake in the full Raclette experience, all while enjoying a specially crafted menu to match the vibe of the room.
Chef Christopher Engel put together a delicious combination of menu items that include Curry Wurst, Mountain Tops, and Kaiserschmarren. The custom cocktail menu includes a delicious Knickerbutter apple cider drink, the Vieux Carre, and Cloud 75.
Aprés at the Knick is a great way to spend a cold winter’s night…indoors. It is open for ski season and will close at the end of March. Click the gallery above to see the space and visit here for further information.
