Thanks to creativity and lots of flavor options, just about anything can be turned into a pancake. Since it’s National Pancake Day, we decided to share our favorite pancake spots in New York City for consumption. There are a lot of Pancake options today. Of course, IHOP is an obvious choice as they are offering a FREE short stack of Buttermilk PANCAKES all day.
The five boroughs are home to quite a few pancake places. Clinton Street Bakery (4 Clinton Street) is a very popular spot on everybody’s foodie bucket list. People spend time on line for a taste of their delicious pancakes. Whether its blueberry or banana-walnut, they can put it down. During pancake month in February, they offer a different flavored pancake every day for the month.
Good Enough To Eat on the Upper West Side (520 Columbus Ave & 85th St.) elevates to the next level. They offer up flavored four-grain flapjacks that come in a bevy of flavors. The strawberry butter adds a flavor kick that is like no other.
BLVD Bistro is a quaint spot located in Central Harlem. They are serving up some of the most delicious Blueberry Buttermilk pancakes that will make your mouth sing. The entire menu is delicious but these pancakes are everything!
Brooklyn has some yummy pancakes too. Cafe Luluc (214 Smith St.) delivers a delicious donut pancake that are better than perfection. Served with powdered sugar and real maple syrup, these will make breakfast worth the trip.
