It’s Time! Summer Jam 2017 Goes Down This Weekend

Summer Jam has been a New York City tradition for quite some time. Hot 97 always kicks off summer with one of the biggest shows of the season. Summer Jam 2017 is scheduled to go down on Sunday and it’s going to be one of the biggest shows yet. Hot 97 made the big announcement a few months ago and they’ve been building up the hype to the big day. First the Festival Stage was announced…then the big studio party for the Stadium Stage announcement. Now it’s time for the lineup to show up and show out.

The Festival Stage will see performances by Young M.A, A Boogie, Don Q, Dave East, Lil Yachty, D.R.A.M., PnB Rock, Casanova, and PHresher. Then the Stadium Stage gets lit with Chris Brown, Fat Joe & Remy Ma, Migos, DJ Khaled & Friends, Trey Songz, French Montana & Friends, Tory Lanez, Joey Bada$$, Desiigner, Funk Flex & Friends, Konshens, Charly Black, and Jidenna. Plus, Faith Evans presents 20 Years of B.I.G. There are always surprises and last minute additions so it will be interesting to see who pops up.

According to the weather reports, it’s going to be the perfect day for a Summer Jam situation. Doors open at 1 PM. The Festival Stage kicks off first followed by the Stadium Stage inside. If non-stop Hip Hop is something you enjoy then MetLife Stadium is definitely the place to be on Sunday. Tickets are still available via Ticketmaster and absolutely no tickets will be sold at the door.

So much planning goes into making Summer Jam happen and the end result is always poppin’. Shout out to all the people who made this happen including Nutriment, POWER (a STARZ original series), Effen Vodka, and McDonald’s. Be sure to follow us on Instagram and check our InstaStories for updates.
