Chance The Rapper brings the noise to NPR’s Tiny Desk Series

These past couple of weeks have been pretty epic for music. An album went Platinum in less than a week, Essence Festival had New Orleans on tilt, and NPR Tiny Desk Series dropped their latest performance video. You never know who’s going to step into that office and this time it was Chi-town’s own Lil Chano.

Lil Chano aka Chance the Rapper has always been something to talk about. Whether it’s in the community or in the studio, he is puttin’ in work that is impressive. His Tiny Desk mini-concert was a live, 12-minute set that included songs from Coloring Book, a poem, and even a Stevie Wonder cover. Perhaps the best part about the performance was the fact that he had no idea that the Tiny Desk series actually happened in an office, despite the name. Lil Chano got it in on stage at Essence Fest this past weekend and has quite a few other stage appearances scheduled this summer.
