Tacos are the go-to meal for most. They are consumed daily by people worldwide for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even on the late-night. Tacos sure have evolved over time. Word on the street is that tacos were first served in the Valley of Mexico way back when. They were served up stuffed with small fish during a feast organized by Hernán Cortés. To date, the recipe has been tweaked to include all kinds of fillings and garnishes.
