Cuffing season is in full effect. People are locking in cold-weather companions for the season so they don’t have to be cold and alone. Aside from the obvious activities, there is a whole itinerary of events that should be planned by the newly cuffed couple. Whether it’s dinner dates indoors or holiday shenanigans in the streets, New York City is chock full of places to go and things to see.
We’ve decided to put together a list of the Top 5 things you can do with your Boo. There are plenty of holiday and winter activities to get in to and some of them are pretty cheap. Check out some of the things in the list below. Make at least three of these a priority of things to do with your Boo.
One of the most New York City-est things to do in the winter is ice skate. You can flex your ice skating skills and take your Boo to Rockefeller Center, Central Park, or the Highline for a skating adventure. If your pockets aren’t having it, hit up Bryant Park for the free version.
Strolling down 5th Avenue and taking in all the windows, the displays, and the giant tree at Rockefeller Center is the perfect holiday activity.
Take a tour of the many Holiday markets around the city. Sipping cocoa, listening to holiday music, and strolling through the market is a great way to spend time.
A Neighborhood drive-by to see the lights in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn. If you don’t have a car, take a Via there and then walk.
If none of those are appealing to your schedule…There’s always Netflix and Chill.
